Litigation and arbitration
We have a long experience in litigation in Civil, Commercial and Labour Courts. We have acted for the Argentine Central Bank in the execution of assets of liquidated banks.
We have also represented clients in arbitration processes, both private and institutional. We have litigated before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris, France) and before the General Arbitration Tribunal of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.
